PTS Consulting engineered and supervised the delivery of a cutting-edge LEED Platinum, Tier III Certified Data Center and office facility for DEWA’s subsidiary, Moro Hub. Our engagement extended beyond the data center block to encompass the full facility, including a three-floor office building featuring a modern architectural design. Our team led the comprehensive site selection process to identify the optimal location, ensuring strategic alignment with DEWA’s goals.

Summary
Moro Hub, a Digital DEWA initiative, pioneers next-generation digital and cloud services. As the lead consultant, PTS guided the project from inception to completion, overseeing design, site selection, spatial and technical coordination, and sustainability consultation. Our scope covered the development of the project brief, concept design, technical design, RFP preparation and evaluation, and meticulous construction supervision through the commissioning phase, culminating in a seamless handover to the client.
