This state-of-the-art facility integrates multiple data centers into a unified command and control environment, providing Khazna with centralized visibility and management of critical operations across its entire network. Summary
CCC Fit-Out Package
Encompasses the complete interior fit-out of the CCC, including MEP, AV integration, and structured cabling to create an ergonomically optimized and visually appealing command environment. The fit-out includes high-resolution video walls, digital signage, and audio systems tailored for Khazna’s operational and VVIP visitor needs.
Networking and Cybersecurity Package
Provides robust LAN infrastructure within the CCC and secure VPN connectivity with all data centers. Key components include high-performance networking, advanced threat protection, and compliance with Khazna’s cybersecurity policies. This package ensures seamless and secure data communication between sites.
CMMS Service Desk Package
Establishes a service desk system for centralized ticketing and incident management, enabling 24/7 support for Khazna’s customers. The system supports international time zones and provides interactive displays for operational data, supporting Khazna’s global expansion and customer satisfaction goals.
Unified Platform (UP) Package
Implements a single-pane-of-glass monitoring solution for consolidated alarm management, root cause analysis, and predictive maintenance. This platform integrates various data sources and automation systems, enabling Khazna to proactively manage data center operations and enhance service efficiency.
