Currently serving as Director of Operations, Fadi is responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery within strict deadlines and budgetary parameters. Additionally, he plays an integral role in defining project objectives, contributing to the design process, and maintaining quality control throughout the project's life cycle.
