About the Role

Providing administrative support to project managers as part of the Projects Support Group (PSG).

Required Qualifications

Mandatory Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience

  • GCC Experience Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Relevant certifications in project management, such as the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or the Project Management Professional (PMP), can also be beneficial.

Required Experience & Role

  • Providing administrative support to project managers.

  • Managing project documentation and maintaining project

  • Coordinating project activities and scheduling meetings

  • Monitoring project progress and updating project documentation

  • Maintaining project budgets and tracking expenses

  • Facilitating communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients

  • Conducting research to support project activities

  • Providing support to project team members, such as providing training or assisting with tasks as necessary

  • Identifying and addressing project issues and risks

  • Building positive relationships with project team members and stakeholders

  • Using project management software and other technical tools to support project activities

  • Managing project milestones and deadlines

  • Identifying and resolving project issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Maintaining project documentation with accuracy and precision

  • Adapting to a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Providing regular project status updates to project managers and stakeholders.
